TV film
Durée 90 min
Écrit par Céline Guyot & Martin Guyot

As the only son of a great surgeon, Damien first considered following in his father's footsteps before giving up to become a lawyer. Intelligent, charming and ambitious, he is one of the most prominent men in the profession.
Damien's father asks him to defend Pascal Bernel, his successor as head of the neurology department, who is accused of involuntary manslaughter after the death of one of his patients.
The wife of the deceased absolutely wants to find a "culprit". The investigation establishes that the deceased patient Paul Malory had been the lover of Bernel's wife, who is now suspected of murder. The more the investigation progresses, the more Damien believes that Bernel has also caused other tragedies...
Even if it means betraying his oath as a lawyer, Damien realize he’s now defending a man he wants to be found guilty. A surgeon who, like Hippocrates, thought he was "equal to the gods".
