| Synopsis | In Andalucía, two cops under political pressures, hiding family secrets, and a migrant turned informant but following his own agenda to save his fiancée from human traffickers, will have to unite to take down the Dutch and Spanish gang leaders and their “commerce from hell”. Road 45 explores the growing human trafficking network going from Tangiers through the Costa de la Luz to the shores of Amsterdam and its famous Red District. Through the eyes of two Spanish officers, their families and a trafficked young migrant couple, we witness up close and personal, the direct consequences of modern slavery in the 21st century. |
