| Synopsis | After many years of absence, Annabelle returns to Albi, where she grew up, with her 10-year-old daughter Pauline. Having just been promoted to commissioner, she is the first black woman to take charge of the police station, much to the dismay of Marc, who is convinced that the job is hers. The murder of an old farmer, soon to be followed by that of a social worker, will lead Annabelle into an investigation that will make her discover her origins. |
